Sex lives better for those in countries with more gender equality

According to a recent survey of 27,500 adults aged 40-80, people who live in countries with more equality between the sexes report greater satisfaction with their sex lives. The countries with the highest sex-life satisfaction rates include Austria, the United States, Spain, and Canada; those with the lowest satisfaction rates are Japan and Taiwan.
Researchers who conducted the survey theorize that sex-life satisfaction and gender equality go hand-in-hand because those in more gender-equal societies tend to focus on pleasing their partner(s) as well as themselves.
