Doctor highlights importance of sex ed for older adults

This interview with Dr. Lisa Bernstein, highlights some very important points - specifically, that it is vital for older adults (over the age of 40 or so) to continue learning about safer sex. As Dr. Bernsten points out, older adults who begin new sexual relationships often don’t have the information they need about using condoms and preventing sexually transmitted infections. As she says, "These women should take the steps to protect themselves because the only person that protects you is you."
