This waterproof massage wand (formerly called the Slimvibe 1) is a recommended tool for our Vaginal Renewal program. The smooth plastic material is excellent for massaging vaginal skin, and creates very little friction. Combined with a lubricant like Liquid Silk, it will glide comfortably over the surface of sensitive skin. Moderately quiet, and features variable speeds of vibration so that you can choose what is most comfortable for you.

To choose which wand is the right size for you, pick the size you'd be comfortable inserting when you are not aroused. Size 2 is a good choice if you are comfortable inserting one or two lubricated fingers inside the vagina when unaroused. 

The wands can also be used as inexpensive dilators. For dilation, especially with conditions such as vaginismus, use it without vibration to avoid inducing involuntary muscle spasms.
