A unique, pleasureful design that allows the person being penetrated to wear the condom. Besides, men say it’s nice to have someone else figure out how to slip that condom on.

There are several unique features of a Female Condom. First, this is the first barrier technology that allows receiving partners to control their exposure to most sexually transmitted infections. Women who are sensitive to friction love the smooth barrier which allows for pressure without direct rubbing and contact with the vaginal walls. Also, people who have trouble with the acid balance (pH) of their partner’s semen like to use the Female Condom to prevent the itching and burning sensation from the semen. To use this condom anally, remove the internal ring, gently use lubricant and a finger to insert the condom, and be sure to keep hold of the outer ring.

The Female Condom takes a little practice to get used to, because as with any new technology, you need to get the knack of wearing these. When worn inside the vagina, the inner ring slips hugs the cervix (like a diaphragm would), and the outer ring stays on the outside where it can rub the labia and clitoris. Play bull's eye, and be sure the penetrating partner aims for the center of the ring. To remove, twist the outer ring, keeping secretions/semen inside, and gently tug out. No mess, no fuss, and you get to decide when you want to wear one. Instructions and lube provided.

Any disadvantages? Yep--the cost is higher because there is more material per condom.

This is a newer version of the female condom, made of nitrile instead of polyurethane. Nitrile is softer and less noisy than the original material, and the ring has been changed to be a bit more pliable.

This product comes lubricated with a silicone lubricant, but we recommend adding additional lubricant for maximum sensation and minimum noise.
