This erection pump has an ergonomic pump handle, a see-through chamber so you can monitor your erection, and a vacuum-release button on the tubing. Since the handle requires significant hand strength, the Finger Pull Pump would not be a good choice for those with arthritis or other hand mobility concerns. Pump comes with two sleeves for the opening: a soft, stretchy sleeve for basic use, and a nubby, textured sleeve if the user enjoys more sensation. 

For a more comfortable fit, consider the Elastomer Pump Sleeve, which fits over the base of the pump and provides more cushion against the body.
